'98 Ford Expedition, O2 sensor Can't Get At It

I am looking for info to change an O2 sensor on the right front of my
‘98 Expedition. I can see it, but that's about it. What gives? .

Tony, that’s just
half the fun of working on today’s vehicles. For such a seemingly
simple task it’s amazing the time or the specialty tools required
to perform the repair. There is not a tech out there that has not looked
with amazement and thought how great it would be to get a hold on the
engineer who thought of that cluster.
