- Verify the customer concern.
- Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage using the chart.
VISUAL INSPECTION CHART
- With key ON, operate all the window regulator control switches and listen to the window regulator electric drive for any mechanical concerns.
- If the concern is not visually evident, verify the symptom and proceed to the Symptom Chart. See: Symptom Related Diagnostic Procedures
