  Adjustments  
 
  1. Check the door alignment.
  2. Remove the door trim panel.

  

  1. Verify that the upper edge of the door glass is within specification. Measure from the lower edge of the window weatherstrip to the upper edge of the door glass.

NOTE : When the glass is raised, both glass stops must contact the upper glass stops at the same time.

  

  1. If necessary, adjust the position of the upper glass stops.
1 Loosen the bolts.
2 Adjust the glass stops.
3 Tighten the bolts.

  

  1. Verify that the rear edge of the door glass is within specification. Measure from the rear edge of the door glass to the front edge of the window weatherstrip. If adjustment is necessary, follow the next two steps.

  

  1. Adjust the window regulator and guide.
1 Loosen the nuts.
2 Adjust the window regulator and guide.

  

  1. Tighten the window regulator and guide nuts.

  

  1. Verify that the door window glass flush position is within specification. Measure from the door glass surface to the inner edge of the window weatherstrip.

  

  1. If necessary, adjust the door glass.
1 Loosen the nut.
2 Turn the adjustment bolt as necessary.
3 Tighten the nut.
  1. Recheck all specifications and repeat steps as necessary.

NOTE : The door glass moves outward 1.5 mm (0.06 in) with one clockwise turn of the door glass adjustment bolt.
