Removal
- Raise and support the vehicle.
- Remove the wheel and tire assembly.

Remove the lug nuts. |

Remove the wheel and tire assembly. |
- Remove the screw plug.
- Turn the brake adjuster screw counterclockwise to retract the piston fully.
- NOTE: If the upper brake caliper bolt requires lubrication or replacement, remove it and use wire to suspend the rear disc brake caliper.
Remove the lower brake caliper bolt.
- Pivot the rear disc brake caliper on the rear disc support bracket.
- Remove the brake pads.

Installation
- NOTE: When installing the brake pads it is necessary to adjust the rear disc brake caliper.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
