Interview the customer to obtain detailed information about the symptom.

3.SELF-DIAGNOSIS
Perform SELF-DIAGNOSIS. Refer to See: Scan Tool Testing and Procedures\BCM (Body Control Module)\Self-Diagnosis (With CONSULT-III) or See: Scan Tool Testing and Procedures\BCM (Body Control Module)\Self-Diagnosis (Without CONSULT-III).

4.SYMPTOM
Check for symptoms. Refer to See: Symptom Related Diagnostic Procedures\TPMS.

5.MALFUNCTIONING PARTS
Repair or replace the applicable parts.

6.DRIVE TEST
- Perform a drive test.
