RADIATOR CORE SUPPORT
Removal and Installation
REMOVAL
- Remove front bumper reinforcement. Refer to See: Bumper\Front Bumper\Service and Repair\Coupe.
- Remove head lamps (LH/RH). Refer to See: Lighting and Horns\Specifications\Headlamp.
- Remove washer tank. Refer to See: Wiper and Washer Systems\Windshield Washer Reservoir\Service and Repair.
- Remove air duct. Refer to QR25DE, See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust\Engine\Air Cleaner Housing\Service and Repair VQ35DE See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust\Engine\Air Cleaner Fresh Air Duct/Hose\Service and Repair.
- Remove the radiator cooling fans. Refer to QR25DE , VQ35DE See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust\Cooling System\Radiator Cooling Fan\Service and Repair.
- Remove the radiator. Refer to QR25DE See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust\Cooling System\Radiator\Service and Repair, VQ35DE See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust\Cooling System\Radiator\Service and Repair.
- Remove the hood lock control. Refer to See: Doors, Hood and Trunk\Hood Latch\Service and Repair\Coupe.
- Remove ambient sensor. Refer to See: Heating and Air Conditioning\Ambient Temperature Sensor / Switch HVAC\Service and Repair.
- Remove crash zone sensor. Refer to See: Restraints and Safety Systems\Air Bag Systems\Impact Sensor\Service and Repair\Crash Zone Sensor.
- Remove air guides (LH/RH).
- Remove power steering tube assembly. Refer to QR25DE , VQ35DE See: Maintenance\Hoses\Power Steering Line/Hose\Service and Repair\With 17 Inch Tire or See: Maintenance\Hoses\Power Steering Line/Hose\Service and Repair\With 18 Inch Tire.
- Remove horn (High/Low). Refer to See: Lighting and Horns\Horn\Service and Repair.
- Remove the harness clips from the radiator core support assembly and position the harness aside.
- Remove the bolts and the radiator core support.
INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
